Als eigenständiger Werkzeug\- und Formenbau sind wir Teil der inhabergeführten Güntensperger Gruppe. Mit rund 30 Mitarbeitenden pflegen wir eine familiäre Arbeitsatmosphäre, flache Hierarchien und effiziente Strukturen. Für unsere weltweite Kundschaft konstruieren und produzieren wir hochpräzise Spritzgiesswerkzeuge und übernehmen teilweise direkt die serienmässige Produktion der technisch hochstehenden Kunststoffteile.

Wir suchen eine sehr gut vernetzte und verhandlungsstarke Persönlichkeit, die sich mit Freude, Energie und Elan den spannenden Herausforderungen stellt.

Ihre Aufgaben

* Führung der Abteilung Verkauf

* Weiterentwicklung der Verkaufsstrategie und ermitteln neuer Geschäftsfelder

* Akquisition von Neukunden und Betreuung bestehender Schlüsselkunden

* Erstellung, Kalkulation und Nachverfolgung von anspruchsvollen Offerten

* Technische Beratung der Kunden von der ersten Idee bis zur Serienreife

* Koordination zwischen Verkauf, Konstruktion/AVOR und Produktion

Ihr Profil

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Polymechaniker, Kunststofftechnologe oder Konstrukteur mit kaufmännischer/technischer Weiterbildung

* Mehrjährige technische Vertriebserfahrung in der Kunststoffbranche

* Kundenorientiertes Auftreten, hohe Abschlussstärke, Durchsetzungsvermögen sowie eine belastbare und flexible Macher\-Mentalität

* Verhandlungssichere Deutsch\- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

* Erfahrung in einer Führungsposition
