Im Rahmen einer internen Nachfolgeregelung sucht unser Kunde eine dynamische Persönlichkeit zur Verstärkung des Teams - mit regelmässiger Präsenz sowohl in der Deutschschweiz als auch in der Romandie.

Ihre Aufgaben beim neuen Arbeitgeber:

  • Mitwirken an der Entwicklung und Umsetzung der Verkaufsstrategie mit klarem Fokus auf messbare Resultate
  • Führen, motivieren und weiterentwickeln eines leistungsstarken Verkaufsteams - von der Rekrutierung über das Coaching bis zur Begleitung vor Ort
  • Analysieren der Verkaufsergebnisse und Einleiten von Korrekturmassnahmen zur Leistungssteigerung
  • Pflegen der Beziehungen zu Grosskunden, OEM-Partnern und Schwestergesellschaften im Anschluss an Ihre Einarbeitung
  • Verantworten von Umsatz, Preispolitik und Rentabilität im eigenen Zuständigkeitsbereich
  • Eigenständiges Betreuen eines Kundenportfolios - von der Kundenbindung bis zur Neukundengewinnung

Sie bieten Ihrem neuen Arbeitgeber:

  • Mehrjährige, ausgewiesene Verkaufserfahrung in der Bau- oder einer baunahen Branche, idealerweise mit Bezug zu Vermessung oder Tiefbau
  • Fundierte Führungserfahrung im Verkauf sowie eine in der Branche anerkannte Führungspersönlichkeit
  • Ausgeprägte Ergebnis- und Geschäftsorientierung, gepaart mit einem guten Gespür für den Aufbau nachhaltiger Kundenbeziehungen
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Französischkenntnisse, die für diese national ausgerichtete Funktion unabdingbar sind; gute Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil
  • Hohe Reisebereitschaft innerhalb der Schweiz sowie ausgeprägte Freude am direkten Kundenkontakt
