In Thun eröffnen wir unsere neuste pfister Filiale - und dafür suchen wir ein engagiertes Team, das von Anfang an dabei ist. Nutze die Chance, den neuen Standort mitzugestalten, gemeinsam etwas aufzubauen und das Dihei unserer Kundinnen und Kunden im Berner Oberland noch schöner zu machen.

Deine neuen Aufgaben ###

  • Führung der direkt unterstellten AbteilungsleiterInnen und FachverkäuferInnen
  • Präsenz auf der Verkaufsfläche und aktive Arbeit mit den Mitarbeitenden sowie den Kundinnen und Kunden
  • Laufende Feedback-Gespräche, Schulungen und Coachings mit deinen Mitarbeitenden
  • Ausstellungsplanung und Aufbau gemäss den Planungskonzepten des zentralen POS-Gestaltungsteams
  • Frequenzorientierte Mitarbeitereinsatzplanung 
  • Weiterentwicklung des von dir verantworteten Ausstellungsbereichs mit Hilfe von internen Analysen und dem laufenden Austausch mit der Filialleitung und dem Einkauf
  • Verantwortung für die Zielerreichung in dem von dir verantworteten Ausstellungsbereichs entlang definierter KPI's

  • Sortiments- und Produktkenntnisse in den Bereichen Dekoration, Heimtextilien und Haushaltsgegenständen
