Unsere Mandatsleiter sind verantwortlich für die Beratung, Betreuung und den Ausbau der Privatkunden sowie der kleinen bis mittelgrossen Firmenkunden. Sie erfüllen bei der Erledigung Ihrer Aufgaben hohe Ansprüche hinsichtlich Dienstleistungsqualität, Fachkompetenz und Kundenorientierung. Bei Ihrer täglichen Arbeit mit den Kunden werden die Mandatsleiter tatkräftig von motivierten Verkaufssupporterinnen und Verkaufssupporter unterstützt. Als wichtige Ergänzung Ihres Aufgabenbereichs betreuen und unterstützen Sie unsere Agenturbroker im Grosskundengeschäft.

Voraussetzungen für diese Stelle sind eine abgeschlossene Versicherungslehre oder eine gleichwertige Ausbildung mit mindestens drei Jahren Versicherungserfahrung. Sie arbeiten gerne im Team, Sie sind kommunikativ, bei der Betreuung und Beratung von Kunden fühlen Sie sich in Ihrem Element. Sie haben eine rasche Auffassungsgabe, Sie setzen sich für Ihre Ziele ein, Sie übernehmen gerne Verantwortung und Sie fühlen sich in einem leistungsorientierten Umfeld wohl.

Es erwarten Sie junge, aufgestellte und ambitionierte Kolleginnen und Kollegen, eine offene und ehrliche Firmenkultur, aktive Unterstützung bei der Einarbeitung und Ihrer persönlichen Weiterbildung, zeitgemässe, attraktive Anstellungsbedingungen sowie ein exklusiver und sehr moderner Arbeitsplatz in Zürich / Kreis 1\.
