Jobbeschreibung Du berätst unsere Kundinnen und Kunden umfassend in den Bereichen Kranken\-, Lebens\-, Vermögens\- und Unternehmensversicherungen und entwickelst individuelle Vorsorge\- und Versicherungslösungen. Du pflegst bestehende Kundenbeziehungen nachhaltig und baust diese durch gezieltes Cross\- und Upselling weiter aus. Du gewinnst aktiv neue Kundinnen und Kunden \- mit Eigeninitiative, Empfehlungen und der konsequenten Nutzung deines persönlichen Netzwerks. Du führst professionelle und bedürfnisorientierte Verkaufsgespräche \- persönlich vor Ort, digital oder telefonisch. Du erstellst selbstständig individuelle Offerten und stellst eine zuverlässige sowie termingerechte Nachbearbeitung sicher. Gesuchtes Profil Du verfügst über das abgeschlossene Zertifikat als Versicherungsvermittler/in VBV, Profil «Allbranche». Du kommunizierst sicher und überzeugend auf Deutsch. Weitere Sprachkenntnisse sind ein Plus. Du zeichnest dich durch Eigenmotivation, Ausdauer und eine ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung aus. Du trittst professionell auf, verfügst über ausgeprägtes Verkaufsgeschick und hast Freude daran, langfristige Kundenbeziehungen aufzubauen und zu pflegen.
