  • Du akquirierst aktiv Neukunden und vereinbarst Termine, um bedarfsgerechte Krankenversicherungs- und Vorsorgelösungen zu verkaufen - dein Erfolg wird durch ein attraktives Provisionsmodell belohnt.
  • Kundinnen und Kunden berätst du in der Agentur oder bei ihnen zuhause, erstellst massgeschneiderte Offerten und führst administrative Arbeiten aus.
  • Du setzt verschiedene Verkaufsmassnahmen um, baust ein breites, persönliches Netzwerk auf und lässt dich weiterempfehlen.
  • Deine Ideen sind gefragt: an Messe- und Standaktionen arbeitest du mit und repräsentierst die CONCORDIA vor Ort.

Das bringst du mit ###

  • Du hast bereits Erfahrung in einem verkaufsorientierten Umfeld gesammelt und weisst, wie man Menschen für sich gewinnt.
  • Du hast eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung und bist im Besitz des Führerausweises Kat. B - so kommst du sicher ans Ziel.
  • Du bist kontaktfreudig, kommunikativ und begeisterst mit deiner gewinnenden Art - pflegst ein starkes Netzwerk und baust dieses kontinuierlich aus. Flexibel und zielorientiert bist du bereit, gemeinsam Erfolge zu erzielen.
  • Du bringst kaufmännische Kenntnisse mit und gehst sicher mit dem PC um - deine Deutschkenntnisse, sowohl in Wort als auch in Schrift, sind einwandfrei.
  • Du hast die VBV-Ausbildung abgeschlossen oder bist motiviert, diese zu absolvieren - wir unterstützen dich dabei.
