Versicherungsberater\*in des VCS Schweiz im Innendienst (80 \- 100 %) =====================================================================

Der VCS Verkehrs\-Club der Schweiz gestaltet Mobilität und den öffentlichen Raum im Einklang mit der Umwelt und den Menschen. Unsere Aufgabe ist wichtiger denn je.

Für das Zentralsekretariat des VCS Schweiz in Bern suchen wir eine\*n

Versicherungsberater\*in im Innendienst (80 \- 100 %)

Das tust Du bei uns:

  • Du hast ein offenes Ohr für die Anliegen und Bedürfnisse unserer Mitglieder in Bezug auf Versicherungsfragen
  • Du berätst unsere Mitglieder freundlich und kompetent per Mail und Telefon auf Deutsch und ösisch (keine Abend\- und Wochenendeinsätze; Homeoffice ist möglich)
  • Du bist verantwortlich für die administrative Abwicklung der Versicherungspolicen (Offerten erstellen und versenden, Erfassung im IT\-System, Erstellen von Statistiken und Auswertungen)
  • Du nimmst an Teamsitzungen und Workshops teil und bringst Deine Ideen aktiv ein

Das bringst Du mit:

  • Du verfügst über das Zertifikat als Versicherungsvermittler\*in oder die Bereitschaft, die vom VCS finanzierte VBV\-Zertifizierung zu erlangen
  • Du zeichnest Dich durch eine hohe Dienstleistungsbereitschaft und Kundenorientierung aus
  • Du sprichst sehr gut ösisch und Deutsch
  • Du hast gute Kenntnisse der gängigen Office\-Tools und bist offen, neue Systeme und Anwendungen kennen zu lernen
  • Du identifizierst Dich mit den Zielen des VCS

Dein künftiger Arbeitsplatz ist in einem kleinen und gut eingespielten Team gleich neben dem Bahnhof Bern.
