Für unser Team Vertrauensärztlicher Dienst suchen wir aufgrund einer Pensionierung per April 2027 oder nach Vereinbarung eine einsatzfreudige, teamfähige und entscheidungsstarke Vertrauensärztin (a). ###

Was dich erwartet

  • Mitwirken in einer verantwortungsvollen Tätigkeit in einem sympathischen und motivierten Team aus Ärztinnen, Ärzten sowie administrativen Kolleginnen und Kollegen
  • Fundierte Einführung in die Versicherungsmedizin und Bearbeiten von komplexen vertrauensärztlichen Anfragen
  • Weiterentwickeln von Beurteilungsgrundlagen im Rahmen der gesetzlichen Vorgaben
  • Mündliches und schriftliches Kommunizieren mit internen und externen Stellen als wichtiger Bestandteil deiner Tätigkeit
  • Übernehmen der fachlichen Führungsverantwortung bei entsprechender Eignung und Interesse

Was du mitbringst

  • Facharzttitel sowie mindestens fünf Jahre Berufserfahrung in einer Arztpraxis und/oder in einer leitenden spitalärztlichen Funktion
  • Interesse an neuen medizinischen Entwicklungen sowie an deren versicherungsmedizinischer Beurteilung
  • Stilsichere Ausdrucksweise sowie selbstständige, analytische Arbeitsweise, ziel- und lösungsorientiertes Verhandlungsgeschick, Teamfähigkeit und hohe Sozialkompetenz
  • Gute Französischkenntnisse sowie Grundkenntnisse in Italienisch
  • Fähigkeitsausweis Vertrauensarzt SGV und vertrauensärztliche Erfahrung von Vorteil
