Arbeitsort: Pensum: 80-100% Aufgaben: In dieser wichtigen Funktion sind Sie direkt dem Geschäftsführer unterstellt und unterstützen als Vertriebs-Controller (ca. 50 %) diesen und die gesamte Geschäftsleitung, indem Sie selbständig die Führungs- und Vertriebs- und Servicekennzahlen aufbereiten, analysieren und verständlich darstellen. Zudem unterstützen Sie den Vertrieb im täglichen Umgang mit unserem CRM, prüfen die Inhalte, machen Analysen und geben wichtige Hinweise an unser Vertriebsteam. Als Junior IT-Supporter (ca. 50 %) sind Sie selbständig für die IT-Infrastruktur und den IT-Support in unserer Niederlassung verantwortlich. Dabei betreuen Sie unsere Hardware, Software und unser IT-Netzwerk in enger Zusammenarbeit mit unserer Gruppen-IT, leisten Support für unsere Mitarbeiter, setzen neue Laptops, Handys, Drucker, usw. auf, installieren Software und beraten und schulen unsere Mitarbeiter in allen IT-Belangen. Profil: Erfahrung im Bereich Controlling, im Umgang mit der Datenanalyse und -Aufbereitung aus ERP-Systemen (z.B.: SAP, Abacus, Abas, -) Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung im IT-Bereich oder vergleichbare Berufserfahrung im IT-Bereich/IT-Support Hervorragende IT-Kenntnisse Kenntnisse in Systemadministration, Monitoring-Tools, Citrix, - von Vorteil Fähigkeit eine vertrauensvolle Zusammenarbeit aufzubauen und mit vertrauensvollen Daten umzugehen Hilfsbereite Persönlichkeit mit hohem Dienstleistungsbedürfnis auf allen Stufen Gute organisatorische Fähigkeiten und Kommunikationsstärke
