In dieser vielseitigen Funktion bist du eine wichtige Schnittstelle zwischen Controlling, Vertrieb und Marketing. Du analysierst relevante Geschäftsentwicklungen, schaffst fundierte Entscheidungsgrundlagen und leitest daraus konkrete Handlungsempfehlungen für die kommerzielle Steuerung unseres Schweizer Geschäfts ab.Per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung suchen wir zur Verstärkung für unser Team eine/n### Vertriebscontroller / Commercial Controller Schweiz 100% (m/w/d)

Deine Herausforderung - Begleitung und finanzielle Beurteilung von Vertriebs-, Kunden-, Sortiments- und Wachstumsinitiativen - Analyse von Absatz, Umsatz, Margen, Kunden und Kanälen sowie Ableitung konkreter Handlungsempfehlungen - Erstellung von Entscheidungsgrundlagen für Vertrieb, Controlling und Management - Verantwortung bzw. Mitarbeit bei Forecast, Budget, Planung und Commercial Reviews - Analyse von Abweichungen sowie Identifikation von Chancen und Risiken - Finanzielle Begleitung des S&OP-Prozesses sowie Mitarbeit bei Demand Reviews - Business Partner für Vertrieb und Marketing bei NPD- und Stage-Gate-Prozessen - Wirtschaftliche Beurteilung von Produkteinführungen, Promotionen, Listungen und Sortimentsveränderungen - Weiterentwicklung von Kennzahlen, Reports und Power-BI-Dashboards - Analyse der Profitabilität von Kunden, Produkten, Kanälen und Accounts - Unterstützung bei Datenqualität, Automatisierung und Weiterentwicklung der kommerziellen Datenbasis

Deine Qualifikationen - Höhere betriebswirtschaftliche Ausbildung (HF/FH) mit Schwerpunkt Finance, Controlling oder Betriebswirtschaft - 3–4 Jahre Erfahrung im Vertriebs-, Business- oder Commercial Controlling, idealerweise in einem produzierenden Unternehmen bzw. im Konsumgüter-/Nahrungsmittelumfeld - Fundierte Kenntnisse in Budgetierung, Forecasting sowie Abweichungs-, Deckungsbeitrags- und Profitabilitätsanalysen - Analytische, proaktive und kommunikative Persönlichkeit mit ausgeprägtem Business-Partner-Verständnis - Sehr gute Excel- und ERP-Kenntnisse (Business Central); Power BI von Vorteil - Kenntnisse in Datenbanken, Datenmodellen oder SQL von Vorteil
