Die Lenorplastics AG vertreibt in der Schweiz technische Kunststoffgranulate führender Hersteller. Wir begleiten unsere Kunden von der Materialauswahl bis zur Serienanwendung und verbinden technische Beratung mit zuverlässiger Belieferung. Eigene Lager, Logistik und Labore unterstützen uns dabei. Als Teil der Hromatka Group sind wir in ein europäisches Distributionsnetzwerk eingebunden.

Deine Aufgaben

Du betreust Bestandskunden telefonisch und per E\-Mail, klärst ihren Bedarf und begleitest ihre Anliegen bis zur Lö bearbeitest Anfragen und Aufträge, erstellst Angebote und verfolgst offene Vorgänge nach. Du gibst eine erste technische Orientierung bei Materialfragen und ziehst bei Bedarf, unsere Fachspezialisten hinzu. Du unterstützt den Aussendienst im Tagesgeschäft sowie bei Kundenprojekten und erkennst gemeinsam mit ihm zusätzliche Verkaufschancen. Du pflegst Kunden\- und Auftragsdaten im ERP\-System und arbeitest eng mit Einkauf, Lager, Logistik und dem technischen Team zusammen. Du unterstützt deine Mitarbeiter sowie Schnittstellen im Tagesgeschäft, Projekten oder während Stellvertretungen

Technischer Einstieg:

Du hast eine Ausbildung oder ein Studium im Kunststoffumfeld, etwa als Kunststofftechnologe, Polymechaniker im Werkzeugbau oder Spritzguss, Konstrukteur oder Materialingenieur. Du bringst praktische Erfahrung mit und möchtest dich entwickeln, indem du den Vertrieb und die Kundenbetreuung erlernst und lebst.

Kaufmännischer Einstieg:

Du hast eine kaufmännische Grundausbildung oder ein entsprechendes Studium und hast Berufserfahrung in der Kunststoffindustrie sammeln können. Du kennst bereits gewisse technische Ausdrücke sowie die Vorgehen und Eigenheiten der Industrie. Die Kunden, Materialien und Verfahren interessieren dich und du hast Freude daran, dich auch mit den technischen Aspekten der Kundenbetreuung auseinanderzusetzen.

Für beide Profile zählen Freude am Kundenkontakt, eine sorgfältige und selbstständige Arbeitsweise, Teamgeist und die Bereitschaft, Neues zu lernen. Du kommunizierst fliessend auf Deutsch und sicher auf Englisch; zusätzliche Französisch\- oder Italienisch\-Kenntnisse sind ein Plus.
