Dafür suchen wir eine Persönlichkeit, die Vertrieb versteht, gerne mit Menschen arbeitet und Verantwortung übernimmt. Ob du bereits mehrere Jahre ein Vertriebsteam führst oder jetzt bereit für den nächsten Schritt bist, ist für uns zweitrangig. Entscheidend ist, was du mitbringst: Führungskompetenz, Kundenorientierung, unternehmerisches Denken und die Fähigkeit, gemeinsam mit einem Team Ergebnisse zu erreichen.

DEIN PROFIL

Uns interessiert nicht nur, welchen Titel du heute hast, sondern was du bewegen kannst und wie du Menschen führst.

  • Du bringst fundierte Erfahrung im Vertrieb, Account Management oder Business Development mit.
  • Du hast Führungserfahrung oder in deiner bisherigen Rolle bereits gezeigt, dass du Menschen anleiten, entwickeln und für gemeinsame Ziele gewinnen kannst.
  • Du kannst klare Erwartungen formulieren, Entscheidungen treffen und Verantwortung übertragen.
  • Du bist offen, kommunikativ und gerne bei Menschen – bei deinem Team genauso wie bei Kund:innen.
  • Du stellst den gemeinsamen Erfolg in den Mittelpunkt und kannst gleichzeitig auch selbst mit anpacken.
  • Du denkst unternehmerisch, erkennst Chancen und setzt Dinge eigenständig in Bewegung.
  • Du arbeitest strukturiert und verbindlich und behältst auch in einem dynamischen Umfeld den Überblick.
  • Du verstehst Vertrieb als Aufbau langfristiger Kundenbeziehungen und hast gleichzeitig den Anspruch, messbare Ergebnisse zu erzielen.
  • Eine kaufmännische Ausbildung oder ein Studium ist eine gute Basis. Entscheidend sind für uns jedoch deine Erfahrung, deine Persönlichkeit und dein Potenzial.
  • Du sprichst fliessend Deutsch; Englisch und Französisch sind von Vorteil.
