Vertriebsmitarbeiter (m/w/d) 100% Wir suchen eine Vertriebspersönlichkeit, die mit Disziplin, Eigenverantwortung und echtem Biss die Marktpräsenz der aXpel\-Welt ausbaut Dein Aufgabenbereich Neugeschäft \& Expansion: Erschliessung neuer Märkte und Kundengruppen sowie Aufbau strategischer Vertriebspartner. Kundenbetreuung \& Sales: Beratung und Verkauf im Innen\- und Aussendienst, Erkennen von Cross\- und Up\-Selling\-Potenzialen. Strategieumsetzung: Entwicklung und Realisierung von Vertriebsprojekten und Verkaufsaktionen von der Idee bis zur Marktreife. Tagesgeschäft: Eigenständige Touren\- und Besuchsplanung, Erstellung und Nachverfolgung von Offerten, Kennzahlen\-Tracking und CRM\-Datenpflege. Schnittstelle: Enge Zusammenarbeit mit der Geschäftsleitung und dem Marketing zur Optimierung der Verkaufsprozesse.
