Verwaltungsratspräsident/in Die Wasserverbund Region Bern AG (WVRB AG) ist eine regional tätige Unternehmung mit 16 Mitarbeitenden, welche im Auftrag ihrer 23 Aktionärsgemeinden die sichere und nachhaltige Wasserversorgung von über 300'000 Menschen in Bern und Umgebung gewährleistet. Als bedeutende regionale Infrastrukturorganisation steht die WVRB AG für Versorgungssicherheit, Nachhaltigkeit und eine vorausschauende Entwicklung der Wasserversorgung. Im Rahmen der langfristigen Nachfolgeplanung suchen wir per Mitte 2027 eine engagierte, integre und unternehmerisch weitsichtig denkende Persönlichkeit als Verwaltungsratspräsident/in (VRP) Die/der neue VRP bringt folgende fachlichen, strategischen und unternehmerischen Kompetenzen sowie persönlichen Eigenschaften mit und ergänzt damit den bestehenden, nach Anforderungsprofil gewählten Verwaltungsrat gezielt: Politische Vernetzung: Fundierte Erfahrung und Vernetzung im politischen Umfeld des Kantons Bern bzw. in kommunal bernischen Behörden sowie hohe Glaubwürdigkeit und Vertrautheit mit politischen Entscheidungsprozessen Strategisches Generalistenwissen: Fundierte Kenntnisse in Unternehmensführung, HR, Finanzen, Recht und Corporate Governance Technik und Management: Technisches Verständnis sowie Erfahrung in Projekt\-, Kosten\-, Risiko\- und vorzugsweise Regulierungsmanagement Branchen\- und Infrastrukturverständnis: Kenntnisse der Wasserwirtschaft bzw. von Versorgungssystemen und Infrastruktur; Erfahrung in verwandten Branchen von Vorteil Versorgungssicherheit: Ausgeprägtes Bewusstsein für die Bedeutung der Wasserversorgung als kritische Infrastruktur und die Verantwortung für die Versorgungssicherheit Strategischer Weitblick: Langfristiges Denken mit einem Infrastrukturhorizont von 20–40 Jahren sowie Blick für operative Handlungsfelder und Branchen\-, Technologie\- und Regulierungsentwicklungen Stakeholder\-Orientierung: Verständnis für unterschiedliche Interessen von Eigentümern, Politik, Kunden und Öffentlichkeit sowie deren ausgewogene Gewichtung Kommunikation und Führung: Souveränes Auftreten, überzeugende Repräsentation sowie ausgeprägte Kommunikations\-, Team\-, Konflikt\-, Konsens\- und Entscheidungsfähigkeit Erfahrung und Engagement: Mehrjährige Erfahrung als Verwaltungsrat/\-rätin oder in vergleichbarer strategischer Führungsfunktion sowie hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Engagement und zeitliche Verfügbarkeit – auch für Ausschussrollen in ausserordentlichen Situationen Sind Sie interessiert und haben keine Interessenskonflikte in strategisch relevanten Themenbereichen und in der Rolle als neue/r Verwaltungsratspräsident/in der Wasserverbund Region Bern AG? , Vizepräsident des Verwaltungsrats der WVRB AG, freut sich über Ihre Kontaktaufnahme.
