Ihre Hauptaufgaben

  • Das Schreiben ab Diktat, Vidieren, Überprüfen und Versenden von Berichten sowie das Finalisieren von Versicherungs- und Austrittsberichten der Poliklinik und der Dermatopathologie-/ Histologie gehören zu Ihren täglichen Aufgaben.
  • Sie unterstützen den Bereich Poliklinik bei administrativen Aufgaben im operativen Tagesgeschäft, telefonisch sowie schriftlich.
  • Sie übernehmen Stellvertretungsaufgaben der Verwaltungssekretär:in des Bereiches Dermatochirurgie und unterstützen diesen Bereich.

 

Das bringen Sie mit

  • Sie bringen eine kaufmännische Ausbildung mit Weiterbildung zur Spital- oder Arztsekretärin mit oder verfügen über vergleichbare Erfahrung.
  • Erfahrungen in einem universitären Spitalumfeld erleichtern Ihnen den Einstieg.
  • Sie pflegen einen empathischen Kommunikationsstil und haben Freude an administrativen Tätigkeiten und schätzen eigenständiges Arbeiten in einem universitären, sich schnell verändernden Umfeld.
  • Sie sind digital affin und haben fundierte Office-365-Kenntnisse und bringen die Fähigkeit mit, sich schnell in neue Technologien einzuarbeiten (Kenntnisse in KISIM sind von Vorteil).
  • Sie kommunizieren stilsicher in Deutsch und haben gute Englischkenntnisse. Über jede weitere Sprachkenntnis freuen wir uns.
  • Sie bringen die Fähigkeit mit, in Gesamtzusammenhängen zu denken, sowie hohe Selbstständigkeit, Flexibilität und Belastbarkeit.
