Die Klinik für Konsiliarpsychiatrie und Psychosomatik des USZ begleitet Patient:innen mit unterschiedlichen psychischen Beschwerden sowohl ambulant als auch stationär. In dieser spannenden Drehscheibenfunktion sorgst du dafür, dass im Hintergrund alles rundläuft: Vom Empfang und der Betreuung unserer Patient:innen über die Terminplanung bis hin zur Unterstützung von Ärzt:innen und Therapeut:innen. Du koordinierst administrative Prozesse, erstellst medizinische Korrespondenz und trägst mit deinem Organisationstalent wesentlich zu einer qualitativ hochwertigen Patientenversorgung bei. Es erwartet dich eine abwechslungsreiche und verantwortungsvolle Tätigkeit in einem engagierten Team. Das Universitätsspital Zürich ist eines der grössten Spitäler in der Schweiz. Unsere über 8'600 Mitarbeitenden und rund 700 Auszubildende setzen sich täglich für das Wohl unserer Patient:innen ein. ###

Das bringst du ein und das erwartet dich bei uns

  • Als erste Anlaufstelle für unsere Patient:innen sorgst du am Empfang und Telefon für einen professionellen und herzlichen Service.
  • Die Koordination und Disposition von Sprechstunden sowie die Falladministration im KISIM gehören zu deinem vielseitigen Aufgabenbereich.
  • Mit deinem Organisationstalent unterstützt du Ärzt:innen und Therapeut:innen und verfasst medizinische Berichte sowie Korrespondenz.
  • Du wirkst bei Controllingaufgaben mit und übernimmst Verantwortung in einem abwechslungsreichen und dynamischen Klinikumfeld.
  • Eine kaufmännische Ausbildung sowie idealerweise Erfahrung im Gesundheitswesen oder als Arztsekretär:in bilden die Grundlage für diese Funktion.
  • Freude am Umgang mit Menschen, Teamgeist, Dienstleistungsorientierung und hohe Sozialkompetenz zeichnen dich aus.
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse, gute Englischkenntnisse sowie Kenntnisse in MS Office und idealerweise KISIM runden dein Profil ab.
