The posting

Votre mission : Vous réalisez les contrôles esthétiques des pièces clients, selon les critères qualité définis. Vous identifiez les défauts avant la production, lors du contrôle d’entrée, aux différents stades de production et au contrôle final, avant l’expédition.

Vous serez notamment amené-e à : - Contrôler rigoureusement les pièces entrantes et sortantes de l’entreprises. -Identifier les défauts esthétiques selon les critères définis et les documenter en suivi la procédure en place. - Signaler immédiatement toute non-conformité. - Manipuler avec soin des composants horlogers à forte valeur ajoutée à l’aide de gants, doigtiers, brucelles. - Conditionner les pièces reçues dans les conditionnements adéquats. - Saisir avec précision les informations dans l’ERP et assurer le badgeage des ordres de fabrication. - Veiller en permanence à la propreté des conditionnements et de l’environnement de travail.

Votre profil : - Expérience confirmée dans le visitage esthétique de composants horlogers. - Bonne connaissance des composants horlogers, des matériaux et des différents types de décorations. - Maîtrise des outils de contrôle utilisés dans le visitage (binoculaire, microscope, lumière blanche, brucelles, gants, doigtiers, etc.). - Bonne capacité à reconnaître les différents défauts esthétiques et à distinguer les couleurs ; - Aisance avec les outils informatiques usuels et les systèmes ERP. - Excellente dextérité et habileté dans la manipulation de pièces de petite dimension. - Très bonne acuité visuelle et sens développé de l'observation. - Minutie, rigueur, précision et sens des responsabilités. - Sensibilité aux exigences du secteur du luxe en matière de qualité, de propreté et de soin. -Esprit d'équipe, aisance relationnelle et capacité à communiquer avec diplomatie. - Flexibilité, adaptabilité, curiosité et bonne gestion du stress. - Une expérience en sous-traitance est un atout.
