Stellenbeschreibung ##

  • Du stellst als zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen Operateur:innen und Anästhesist:innen den reibungslosen OP-Alltag sicher
  • Du betreust die Patient:innen einfühlsam vor, während und nach der OP
  • Du führst alle vor- und nachbereitenden Massnahmen der Operationen durch
  • Du bist für die fachgerechte Vorbereitung und Bedienung der notwendigen Geräte, Instrumentarien sowie Sterilgut verantwortlich
  • Du dokumentierst sorgfältig alle pflegerischen Tätigkeiten inklusive Leistungserfassung
  • Du hilfst mit, einen reibungslosen Tagesablauf im OP sicherzustellen
  • Du arbeitest professionell und eng mit verschiedenen interdisziplinären Fachgruppen zusammen

Anforderungsprofil ##

  • Du verfügst über eine in der Schweiz anerkannte Ausbildung als technische Operationsassistentin (TOA) mit Erfahrung im Operationsbetrieb
  • Du hast Interesse am Fachgebiet der Gynäkologie/Urologie und Geburtshilfe
  • Du bist eine dienstleistungsorientierte, kommunikative Persönlichkeit
  • Du bist selbstständiges, sorgfältiges und speditives Arbeiten gewohnt
  • Du besitzt freundliche und korrekte Umgangsformen und ein gepflegtes Erscheinungsbild
  • Pünktlichkeit und Zuverlässigkeit sind für Dich selbstverständlich.
