Deine Aufgaben:

  • Selbstständige und professionelle Durchführung des gesamten Pflegeprozesses
  • Sicherstellung einer individuellen, ganzheitlichen und patientenorientierten Pflege
  • Durchführung und Überwachung von medizinischen und pflegerischen Massnahmen
  • Verantwortung für die fachgerechte Medikamentenverabreichung und Therapien
  • Beobachtung des Gesundheitszustandes und frühzeitiges Erkennen von Veränderungen
  • Fachgerechte und vollständige Pflegedokumentation
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Ärzten, Pflegefachpersonen und weiteren Fachbereichen
  • Aktive Mitarbeit in einem interdisziplinären Team
  • Begleitung und Unterstützung von Lernenden und Studierenden
  • Einhaltung und Weiterentwicklung der Qualitäts- und Hygienestandards

Anforderungsprofil ##

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Dipl. Pflegefachperson HF oder FH
  • Berufserfahrung in der Somatik, Akutpflege oder im Spitalbereich von Vorteil
  • Verantwortungsbewusste, selbstständige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • Hohe Sozialkompetenz und ausgeprägte Patientenorientierung
  • Belastbarkeit und Flexibilität
  • Freude an der Zusammenarbeit im interdisziplinären Team
  • Gute PC- und EDV-Anwenderkenntnisse
  • Bereitschaft zu unterschiedlichen Diensten sowie Wochenend- und Feiertagseinsätzen
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
