Unser Kunde ist eine moderne Seniorenresidenz im Raum Horgen, eingebettet in eine attraktive Landschaft am Zürichsee. Sie bietet hochwertige Pflege und Betreuung, mit Schwerpunkt auf ganzheitlicher Betreuung, aktivierenden Angeboten und einer familiären Atmosphäre. Stellenbeschreibung ##

  • Ganzheitliche Pflege und Betreuung der Gäste entsprechend dem Pflegeleitbild und Pflegeprozess
  • Berufserfahrung in der Akutpflege, idealerweise in der Akutgeriatrie, ist von Vorteil.
  • Du kommst aus der Akutpflege, möchtest aber etwas weg vom klassischen Akutstress? Dann könnte diese Stelle genau das Richtige für dich sein: Du arbeitest im Bereich Geriatrie, hast aber weiterhin mit akuten Fällen zu tun - also ein spannender Mix aus geriatrischer Pflege und Akutpflege. Und das Ganze direkt neben dem Seespital Horgen an einer wunderschönen Lage.
  • Führung der elektronischen Pflegedokumentation mit CareCoach, wobei auch die mobile Dokumentation über ein CareCoach-Smartphone möglich ist
  • Aktive Mitarbeit innerhalb des Pflegeprozesses
  • Übernahme der Bezugspflege
  • Durchführung bzw. Leitung von Fallbesprechungen und Pflegerapporten
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit der für die Spitex verantwortlichen Person und dem Pflegeteam
  • Laufende Beurteilung und Evaluation der jeweiligen Gästesituationen

Anforderungsprofil ##

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Diplomierte Pflegefachperson HF oder FH.
  • Berufserfahrung in einem relevanten Fachbereich von Vorteil.
  • Verantwortungsbewusstsein und hohe soziale Kompetenz.
  • Belastbarkeit, Flexibilität und Teamfähigkeit.
  • Kenntnisse in EDV/PC-Anwendungen.
  • Bereitschaft für flexiblen Arbeitszeiten und Wochenenddienste.
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
