Dein Aufgabenbereich

  • Du führst mechanische und elektronische Diagnosearbeiten an sämtlichen Volvo\-Modellen nach Herstellervorgaben fachgerecht und präzise durch
  • Analyse und Lösung anspruchsvoller technischer Herausforderungen und komplexer Problemstellungen
  • Ausführung von umfassenden Service\-, Wartungs\-und Reparaturarbeiten auf hohem Qualitätsniveau
  • Direkter Ansprechpartner für unsere Kundschaft sowie Verantwortung für die Abwicklung aller damit verbundenen administrativen Aufgaben
  • Sicherstellung einer effizienten, termingerechten und qualitativ einwandfreien Umsetzung der Kundenaufträge nach höchsten Qualitätsstandards
  • Weiterentwicklungund Optimierung von Werkstattprozessen sowie der Kundeninteraktion

Was dich auszeichnet:

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Automobilmechatroniker/in EFZ oder Automobilfachmann/\-frau EFZ, ergänzt duch die Weiterbildung zum Automobildiagnostiker
  • Mehrjährige Volvo\-Erfahrung ist von Vorteil und ermöglicht dir einen sicheren Umgang mit technischen Herausforderungen und Kundenanliegen
  • Du bist im Besitz eines gültigen Führerausweises der Kategorie B
  • Engagierte, teamorientierte und flexible Persönlichkeit mit Freude daran, ihr Know\-how einzubringen und weiterzuentwickeln
  • Hohe Eigenverantwortung sowie eine strukturierte, lösungsorientierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • Starke Kunden\-und Serviceorientierung gepaart mit einem hohen Qualitätsanspruch und professionellem Auftreten
