​ Sie übernehmen gerne Verantwortung und behalten auch in einem dynamischen Lagerbetrieb den Überblick? Für unseren Kunden suchen wir eine motivierte Persönlichkeit als Vorarbeiter Lager (m/w/d). In dieser Führungsfunktion sorgen Sie gemeinsam mit Ihrem Team für einen reibungslosen Ablauf im Lager- und Kommissionierbereich und packen dort mit an, wo es darauf ankommt.​ Ihr Verantwortungsbereich:- Sicherstellung der Einhaltung aller Arbeits- und Sicherheitsschutzvorschriften - Sensibilisierung der Mitarbeitenden für sicheres Arbeiten - Einweisung und Schulung der Mitarbeitenden - Überwachung der Einhaltung von Team- und Betriebsregeln - Überwachung der aktuellen Auftragslage und Sicherstellung der termingerechten Abarbeitung der Aufträge - Kontrolle der Lagerprozesse und Kommissionierungsabläufe - Sicherstellung der Einhaltung definierter Prozessstandards - Personaleinsatzplanung - Ansprechpartner für Mitarbeitende während der Schicht - Abruf und Bereitstellung von Material für die Kommissionier-Zone - Management der logistischen Bewegungen sowie Koordination der Ein- und Auslagerungsbewegungen - Power User bei Systemfragen währen der Schicht - Erstellung eines vollständigen Schichtprotokolls - Strukturierte Übergabe Schichtübergabe - Schnittstelle und enge Zusammenarbeit zum Teammanager des Lagers

Ihr Profil:- Eine Grundausbildung in der Logistik - Bereitschaft für Schichtarbeit - mind. 2 Jahre Führungserfahrung in der Logistik bzw. Lagerbereich - Gute SAP-Kenntnisse (SAP WM und EWM-Kenntnisse) - MS-Office Kenntnisse - Kenntnisse zu automatisierten Lagersystemen bzw. Hochregallager und dessen technische Verfügbarkeit - Kenntnisse zur Arbeitssicherheit - Erfahrung im Umgang mit Instandhaltungspartner - MS-Office Kenntnisse - Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Vorbildfunktion - Durchsetzungsfähigkeit und Teamorientierung - Organisations- und Koordinationstalent - Qualitäts- und Sicherheitsbewusstsein - Belastbarkeit und Entscheidungsfähigkeit im Schichtbetrieb - gute Deutschkennntnisse in Wort & Schrift
