Seit über 35 Jahren sind wir auf die Vermittlung und den Verleih von Personal in diversen Branchen spezialisiert, insbesondere im Bauhaupt- und Baunebengewerbe.

Stellenbeschreibung ##

Als Polier im Strassenbau (100% m/w/d) sind Sie verantwortlich für die technische Abwicklung von Grossprojekten im Bereich Strassen- und Tiefbau. In dieser Schlüsselposition führen Sie das Baustellenpersonal, die Subunternehmer sowie die Unterakkordanten und sind für die Einsatzplanung des Baustellenpersonals in enger Zusammenarbeit mit der Bauführung zuständig. Darüber hinaus obliegt Ihnen die Beschaffung und Disposition von Betriebsmaterial und Inventar. Sie sind verantwortlich für das Rapportwesen, einschließlich der Erstellung von Tages- und Stundenraporten für Personal und Inventar. Ein weiterer wichtiger Aspekt Ihrer Rolle ist die Gewährleistung von Arbeitssicherheit, Gesundheitsschutz und Umweltschutz auf der Baustelle. Sie tragen somit maßgeblich zur erfolgreichen Umsetzung unserer Projekte bei und stellen sicher, dass alle Arbeiten effizient und sicher durchgeführt werden.

Wir erwarten ##

Sie bringen eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Polier mit und verfügen über einen Leistungsausweis als Baupolier. Ihre Stärken liegen in der praxisorientierten Organisation und Führung von Baustellen. Sie denken unternehmerisch und handeln selbstständig und kostenbewusst. Eine hohe Motivation, Mitarbeitende zu führen, zeichnet Sie aus. Zudem verfügen Sie über ein breites Fachwissen im Bereich Strassenbau und einen hohen Grad an Zuverlässigkeit. Geschick im Umgang mit Bauherrschaft und Bauleitung ist für Sie selbstverständlich. Darüber hinaus bringen Sie vorhandenes Know-how in der IT mit und haben eine Begeisterung für digitales Bauen.
