Vorarbeiter / Vorarbeiterin oder Polier / Polierin Hochbau 100%

Ihr Aufgabengebiet

  • Sie sind verantwortlich für die Planung und Umsetzung von Projekten auf der Baustelle
  • Sie sind für die Termineinhaltung, Abrechnung und die Kostenüberwachung der Baustelle zuständig
  • Sie organisieren die Teams auf der Baustelle und führen die Mitarbeitenden

Ihr Profil

  • Se haben mehrere Jahre Berufserfahrung in einer Führungsfunktion
  • Sie haben eine abgeschlossene Ausbildungs als Dipl. Bauführer/in, Baumeister/in oder Polier/in mit eidg. Fachausweis 
  • Sie sind flexibel, belastbar und verfügen über ein hohes Mass an Organisationsfähigkeit
  • Sie sind körperlich fit und verfügen über Führungs- sowie Sozialkompetenz
  • Sie verfügen über gute EDV-Kenntnisse
