Für unseren Kunden suchen wir nach Vereinbarung eine motivierte Mitarbeiter Vorarbeiterin Reinigung (50\-100% m/w/d)

Jobbeschreibung

* Verantwortung für verschiedene Reinigungsobjekte in der Region Basel und Baselland * Organisation und Koordination der Mitarbeitenden vor Ort * Einführung und Einarbeitung neuer Mitarbeitender * Sicherstellen der geforderten Reinigungsqualität * Kontrolle der ausgeführten Arbeiten * Unterstützung der Mitarbeitenden bei Fragen und im Arbeitsalltag * Selbständiges Einspringen bei personellen Engpässen oder Ausfällen * Mithilfe bei Reinigungsarbeiten, wenn dies erforderlich ist * Kommunikation mit Mitarbeitenden, Vorgesetzten und Kunden * Erledigung einfacher administrativer Arbeiten am PC Gesuchtes Profil

  • Mehrjährige praktische Erfahrung in der Reinigung
  • Idealerweise erste Erfahrung als Vorarbeiter/in, Teamleiter/in oder in einer vergleichbaren Funktion
  • Du bist es gewohnt, Verantwortung zu übernehmen und Mitarbeitende anzuleiten
  • Selbständige, zuverlässige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Hohe zeitliche Flexibilität und Bereitschaft für wechselnde Arbeitseinsätze
  • Bereitschaft für regelmässige Einsätze am Abend
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • ösisch\-, Spanisch\- oder Portugiesischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil
  • Grundkenntnisse im Umgang mit dem PC
  • Führerausweis Kategorie B zwingend erforderlich
  • Sicheres Fahren mit handgeschalteten Fahrzeugen wird vorausgesetzt
  • Gepflegtes und professionelles Auftreten

Arbeitszeiten

Die Einsätze finden grundsätzlich innerhalb des Zeitfensters von 06\.00 bis 22\.00 statt. Regelmässige Abendeinsätze gehören zur Funktion. Entsprechend wichtig ist eine hohe zeitliche Flexibilität.

  • Erhöhung auf 100% ab Januar 2027
