Mit rund 2400 Mitarbeitenden setzt sich das Sozialdepartement der Stadt Zürich täglich für ein soziales Zürich ein. Wir sind für alle da und unterstützen Kinder, Jugendliche und Erwachsene in unterschiedlichen Lebenslagen. Wir leisten einen wichtigen Beitrag zum gesellschaftlichen Zusammenhalt. Und wir tragen zu einer hohen Lebensqualität in den Quartieren bei. Der Geschäftsbereich Arbeitsintegration der Dienstabteilung Soziale Einrichtungen und Betriebe (SEB) umfasst eine Reihe von Arbeitsintegrationsangeboten für Erwachsene und Jugendliche. Ziel der Programme ist die berufliche und soziale Integration der Teilnehmenden. In der Gastronomie bieten wir die Möglichkeit für die Richtung Arbeitsagogik ein Vorpraktikum zu absolvieren. Wir suchen per 1. Januar 2027 oder nach Vereinbarung für ein halbes Jahr eine motivierte Persönlichkeit.

Aufgaben

  • Du begleitest Arbeitsagog\*innen bei der Arbeitsvorbereitung sowie bei der auftragsbezogenen Fachanleitung.
  • Du unterstützt bei der Einsatzplanung der Teilnehmer\*innen.
  • Du leistest praktische Mitarbeit und entlastest Arbeitsagog\*innen im Arbeitsalltag.
  • Du nimmst an Teamsitzungen teil.
  • Du erledigst administrative Arbeiten.

Profil

  • Eidgenössisches Fähigkeitszeugnis in einem Berufsfeld der Gastronomie
  • Geplanter Lehrgang in Arbeitsagogik
  • Offenheit und Verständnis gegenüber Menschen mit Beeinträchtigung
  • Fähigkeit zur Selbstreflexion
  • Flexibilität, Teamfähigkeit, Belastbarkeit und ausgeprägte kommunikative Fähigkeiten

Wir bieten

Eine sinnstiftende Tätigkeit mit intensiver Mitgestaltungsmöglichkeit. Durch deine aktive Mitarbeit erhaltest du einen Einblick und machst erste theoretische sowie praktische Erfahrungen im Berufsfeld der Arbeitsagogik. Wichtig: Die Stelle bei uns ist kein Ausbildungsplatz, sondern ein Vorpraktikum für den Lehrgang Arbeitsagogik.
