The posting

Mit rund 2400 Mitarbeitenden setzt sich das Sozialdepartement der Stadt Zürich täglich für ein soziales Zürich ein. Wir sind für alle da und unterstützen Kinder, Jugendliche und Erwachsene in unterschiedlichen Lebenslagen. Wir leisten einen wichtigen Beitrag zum gesellschaftlichen Zusammenhalt und tragen zu einer hohen Lebensqualität in den Quartieren bei. Der Geschäftsbereich Arbeitsintegration der Dienstabteilung Soziale Einrichtungen und Betriebe (SEB) umfasst eine Reihe von Arbeitsintegrationsangeboten für Erwachsene und Jugendliche. Ziel der Programme ist die berufliche und soziale Integration der Teilnehmenden. In der Stellenvermittlung bieten wir die Möglichkeit für die Studienrichtung Soziale Arbeit ein Vorpraktikum zu absolvieren. Wir suchen per 1. März 2027 und 1. Mai 2027 für 8 bis 12 Monate Verstärkung.

Aufgaben

  • Du unterstützt Klient\*innen bei der Stellensuche im Rahmen des Angebotes Schreibservice.
  • Nach einer gründlichen Einarbeitung führst du eigene Fälle im Bewerbungsprozess.
  • Du unterstützt die Coaches und übernimmst organisatorische und administrative Aufgaben.
  • Du nimmst an Projektgruppen, Teamsitzungen und Fallbesprechungen teil.
  • Du unterstützt die Jugendlichen und jungen Erwachsenen des Angebots JOB PLUS bei der Lehrstellensuche, Testungen und in ihrer persönlichen Entwicklung.
  • Du tauschst dich regelmässig mit anderen Vorpraktikant\*innen aus.

Profil

  • Bildungsabschluss auf Niveau Sekundarstufe II (FMS, Matura, EFZ - idealerweise KV) oder Hochschulabschluss und geplanter Eintritt in das Berufsleben.
  • Interesse an Arbeitsintegration und Freude an der Begleitung von Klient\*innen im Bereich der Stellensuche und dem Erarbeiten von Bewerbungsdossiers.
  • Bereitschaft, aktiv mitzugestalten und Verantwortung zu übernehmen.
  • Selbstständigkeit und sicheres Auftreten, hohe Flexibilität.
