Vorsteherin oder Vorsteher Amt für Bevölkerungsschutz und Militär / Chefin oder Chef des Kantonalen Führungsstabs Im Amt für Bevölkerungsschutz und Militär Uri mit den Abteilungen Zivilschutz, Feuerwehrinspektorat, Kreiskommando und Wehrpflichtersatz, Notorganisation und Chemiewehr ist infolge Altersrücktritts des bisherigen Stelleninhabers die Stelle neu zu besetzen. Für diese vielseitige und anspruchsvolle Kaderposition sucht die Sicherheitsdirektion per 1\. Juni 2027 oder nach Vereinbarung eine kompetente, verantwortungsbewusste und dynamische Führungspersönlichkeit. Aufgaben Führung des Amts für Bevölkerungsschutz und Militär mit dessen fünf Abteilungen (rund 15 Mitarbeitende) in organisatorischen, fachlichen, personellen und finanziellen Belangen Vollzugsaufgaben in den Bereichen Bevölkerungsschutz, Zivilschutz, Feuerschutz, Notorganisation und Militär Koordination der Vorsorgeplanung im Bevölkerungsschutz Leitung von sowie Mitarbeit in Konferenzen, Kommissionen, Arbeitsgruppen und Ausschüssen Leitung sämtlicher vorbereitenden Massnahmen mit dem kantonalen Führungsstab Leitung des Kantonalen Führungsstabs in Notlagen Beratung des Regierungsrats und der Sicherheitsdirektion in Fragen des Bevölkerungsschutzes und des Militärs Leitung, Begleitung und Umsetzung von Projekten Ausarbeiten von Berichten, Vernehmlassungen und Vorlagen zuhanden der Direktion und des Regierungsrats Beratung von kantonalen und kommunalen Behörden, Amtsstellen und Institutionen in allen Fachfragen Vertretung des Amts gegenüber der Öffentlichkeit und den Behörden Ihr Profil Fachhochschulabschluss in technischer oder betriebswirtschaftlicher Richtung oder vergleichbare Ausbildung Mehrjährige Berufs\- und Führungserfahrung im Bereich Bevölkerungsschutz Erfahrung in der Bewältigung von Notlagen / Krisenmanagement Strategisches, konzeptionelles, vernetztes sowie interdisziplinäres Denk\- und Handlungsvermögen Motivationsfähigkeit, hohe Belastbarkeit, Durchsetzungsvermögen und Verhandlungsgeschick Kenntnis über politische Prozesse und Verwaltungsstrukturen Hohe Sozialkompetenz Gewandtheit in mündlicher und schriftlicher Kommunikation Wir bieten Wir bieten eine herausfordernde, vielseitige Tätigkeit in einem verantwortungsvollen und abwechslungsreichen Aufgabengebiet, fortschrittliche Sozialleistungen und attraktive Anstellungsbedingungen gemäss kantonalem Personalrecht.
