Objectifs du poste : The Website & UX Capability Manager is responsible for driving the governance, adoption, performance and continuous evolution of website capabilities across markets. The role ensures the delivery of scalable, user-friendly and high-performing digital experiences by managing the website capability roadmap, supporting market adoption, and translating business requirements into effective frontend solutions. Domaine de responsabilités : Own and manage the website capability roadmap, including Builder.io, Design System and connected frontend capabilities Collaborate on journey-led website design, optimisation and consumer experience improvements Prioritise frontend capability enhancements and feature requests based on strategic business objectives and market needs Coordinate with UX, Digital, Technology and external partners throughout the development lifecycle Validate feature quality, usability, accessibility and business readiness before deployment Monitor roadmap delivery and implementation of agreed frontend initiatives Own and monitor website performance indicators across markets Drive website speed, Core Web Vitals and user engagement optimisation initiatives Support markets in adopting Builder.io and other frontend capabilities through governance, documentation and training Oversee website operational standards and Design System governance Coordinate the resolution of website, content and capability issues while driving long-term corrective actions

Qualifications : Digital Product & User Experience Management: Strong understanding of website governance, frontend technologies, digital capability development and user experience optimisation. Ability to translate business requirements into scalable digital solutions and drive adoption across multiple markets while ensuring alignment with business and technology stakeholders.

Expérience professionnelle : Minimum 5 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Digital Product Management, Website Management or Information Technology Hands-on experience in market digital roles or Digital & Information Technology environments Experience managing website platforms, frontend capabilities, digital products or consumer-facing digital experiences Proven experience working with cross-functional stakeholders including UX teams, technology teams and external partners Experience in website performance monitoring, optimisation and digital capability deployment Experience supporting governance, training and change adoption initiatives

Diplômes et formations : University degree or equivalent

Compétences linguistiques et informatiques – lesquelles & niveau : Fluent English (written and spoken) Knowledge of Builder.io and frontend content management capabilities Experience with Design Systems and component libraries Experience with Core Web Vitals, Lighthouse and Google Analytics Proficiency in Figma Fundamental knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript Understanding of APIs, webhooks and headless architecture Strong digital performance management and website analytics skills
