Der etwas andere ? "Weg vom Bett" und trotzdem deine Berufskompetenzen einbringen? Unsere Spitex unterstützt in den Kantonen BS und BL pflegende Angehörige, die Patienten und deren Familien. Für die Begleitung, Instruktion und teilweise Entlastung der pflegenden Angehörigen suchen wir motivierte Pflegefachpersönlichkeiten. Stellenprofil:

Fachliche Voraussetzungen

  • in der CH anerkanntes Pflegediplom HF/FH/DNII/AKP, m/w.
  • mind. zwei Jahre Berufserfahrung in der CH, von Vorteil in der Spitex
  • Kenntnisse über die Rahmenbedingungen in der ambulanten Pflege.
  • Kenntnisse und Anwendungserfahrung in der Pflegediagnostik NANDA, von Vorteil.
  • Kenntnisse der Bedarfsabklärung mit InterRAI\-HC
  • Gute Anwenderkenntnisse mit Computer, MS\-Office

Deine Hauptaufgaben

  • Abklärung des Pflegebedarfs bei Angehörigen gepflegten Personen mit InterRAI\-HC.
  • Erstellung von Pflegeplanungen (NANDA Diagnostik, überprüfbare Ziele, Interventionen).
  • Schulung von pflegenden Angehörigen im Schreiben von Pflegeberichten und VeruA.
  • Beurteilung, Instruktion, Beratung und Coaching der pflegenden Angehörigen.
  • Saubere, zeitnahe, vollständige Dokumentation der administrativen Prozesse.
  • Gewährleistung einer qualitativen, pflegerischen Versorgung deiner zugeteilten Klienten.
  • Punktueller Einsatz in Pikett und in der Pflege zur Entlastung pflegender Angehöriger.
