Ihre Aufgabe

Sie übernehmen Verantwortung für die Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung unseres Kundenstamms in der Gastronomie und im Fachhandel am Zürichsee.

Zu Ihren wichtigsten Aufgaben gehören:

\- Betreuung und Ausbau bestehender Gastronomiekunden

\- Gewinnung neuer Kunden und Aufbau langfristiger Geschäftsbeziehungen

\- Aktive Beratung von Restaurants, Hotels, Bars und weiteren Gastronomie\- und Cateringbetrieben

\- Präsentation und Verkauf unseres eigenen Weinangebots sowie ausgewählter Importweine

\- Entwicklung individueller Wein\- und Sortimentslösungen für unsere Kunden

\- Selbstständige Planung Ihrer Kundenbesuche und Verkaufsaktivitäten

\- Pflege der Kundendaten und Verkaufsaktivitäten im CRM

\- Marktbeobachtung und Erkennen neuer Verkaufschancen

Das bringen Sie mit

Sie sind eine offene, kommunikative und unternehmerisch denkende Persönlichkeit, die gerne selbstständig arbeitet und Freude daran hat, Kunden für Wein zu begeistern.

Idealerweise verfügen Sie über:

\- Eine Ausbildung als WinzerIn, WeintechnologIn oder in der Gastronomie

\- Erfahrung im Aussendienst, Verkauf oder in der Gastronomie – idealerweise im Wein\- oder Getränkebereich

\- Ein bestehendes Netzwerk in der Gastronomie oder die Fähigkeit, sich rasch ein solches aufzubauen

\- Begeisterung für Wein und die Bereitschaft, Ihr Fachwissen laufend zu erweitern

\- Freude an Beratung und aktivem Verkauf

\- Selbstständige, zuverlässige und gut organisierte Arbeitsweise

\- Sicheres und gepflegtes Auftreten

\- Bereitschaft und Flexibilität für Abend\- und Wochenendeinsätze

\- Fliessende Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, weitere Sprachen sind von Vorteil

\- Gute MS\-Office\- und CRM\-Kenntnisse

\- Führerausweis Kat. B
