En tant que Welcome Agent (réceptionniste), vous serez au cœur des opérations quotidiennes du département, tout en étant l'ambassadeur de l'esprit et du concept W ainsi que des standards de notre marque. Votre mission ? Accueillir nos clients avec enthousiasme et professionnalisme, du check-in au check-out, pour créer un effet WOW à chaque étape et anticiper leurs besoins avec flair.

Votre passion innée pour notre marque vous permettra de conseiller nos clients sur les services de l'hôtel, les conditions de séjour et toute autre demande, garantissant ainsi une expérience inoubliable.

Vous assurerez également la communication par téléphone et par email avec nos clients, et transmettrez les informations essentielles aux différents départements de l'hôtel. La vérification des prestations, la facturation, l'encaissement des notes et le suivi des paiements différés seront également de votre ressort.

PROFIL Expérience préalable en réception dans un hôtel 5 étoiles. Maîtrise du français et de l'anglais, une troisième langue est un plus. Extrêmement motivé et passionné par les univers du goût, du son, du corps, de la scène et de la prise de position. Souci du détail et engagement à offrir une expérience client exceptionnelle.

Poste disponible pour la saison d'hiver 5, pour une durée d'un an avec possibilité de renouvellement.
