Pour diverses institutions dans la grande région de Berne, nous recherchons une spécialiste en santé EFZ / un spécialiste en santé EFZ ou une infirmière diplômée HF/FH / un infirmier diplômé HF/FH (60-90%) pour le service de nuit. Selon vos intérêts, vous pouvez travailler dans le domaine des soins de longue durée ou dans l'accompagnement de personnes en situation de handicap. Différents environnements de travail vous attendent, où votre autonomie et vos connaissances professionnelles en soins seront particulièrement sollicitées durant la nuit

Vos tâches chez le nouvel employeur :

  • Assurer durant la nuit des soins professionnels, un accompagnement et la sécurité des résidents, et réagir de manière compétente aux changements et situations imprévues
  • Assumer, selon votre qualification, la responsabilité du service de nuit et effectuer les activités de soins ainsi que les tâches médico-techniques nécessaires
  • Garantir, en collaboration avec l'équipe de nuit ou de manière autonome avec le soutien d'un service de garde, un déroulement calme et fiable durant la nuit

Vous offrez à votre nouvel employeur :

  • Vous disposez d'une formation achevée en tant que spécialiste en santé EFZ ou infirmière diplômée HF/FH, ou d'une reconnaissance SRK correspondante
  • Une expérience dans les soins de longue durée, l'accompagnement de personnes en situation de handicap ou le service de nuit facilite votre intégration
  • Une manière de travailler autonome et responsable vous caractérise, tout comme votre résistance au stress et votre capacité à garder une vue d'ensemble même la nuit
