Dein zukünftiger Arbeitgeber ist Teil einer schweizweit tätigen Anbieterin von Dienstleistungen rund um das Leben im Alter mit rund 4'300 Mitarbeitenden. Das Angebot verbindet ambulante und stationäre Leistungen und reicht von selbstständigem betreutem Wohnen über umfassende Pflege bis hin zu Spitex-Dienstleistungen.

Für einen Standort in Bern wird per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine Dipl. Pflegefachperson HF oder FaGe EFZ 60-80 % für den Nachtdienst gesucht. Du begleitest betagte Menschen in einem professionellen Pflegeumfeld und übernimmst während der Nacht eine zentrale Rolle: Du stellst die Pflege und Betreuung sicher, vermittelst Sicherheit und trägst die Schichtverantwortung.

Wenn es ruhig wird, bist du gefragt

  • Übernimm die Schichtverantwortung während der Nacht und stelle eine professionelle und individuelle Pflege und Betreuung sicher
  • Vermittle den Bewohnenden Sicherheit und reagiere auch in Notfallsituationen ruhig und professionell
  • Führe die Pflegedokumentation selbstständig und lückenlos und arbeite dabei mit CareCoach
  • Trage mit deiner offenen und positiven Art zu einer angenehmen Wohn- und Arbeitsatmosphäre bei

Das bringst du mit

  • Ausbildung als Dipl. Pflegefachperson HF oder Fachfrau/Fachmann Gesundheit EFZ, Berufserfahrung in der Langzeitpflege ist von Vorteil
  • Fachliche Sicherheit und die Fähigkeit, auch in komplexen Situationen selbstständig und verantwortungsbewusst zu handeln
  • Freude an der Arbeit mit betagten Menschen sowie eine hilfsbereite, offene und humorvolle Art
  • Gute mündliche und schriftliche Deutschkenntnisse sowie Sicherheit im Umgang mit der Pflegedokumentation
