Im Berner Oberland suchen wir für eine Institution in der Begleitung und Betreuung von jüngeren und älteren Menschen eine Fachperson für die Nachtwache (50-90%). Der Einstieg ist ab sofort oder nach Vereinbarung möglich im Rahmen einer Festanstellung. Dich erwartet eine verantwortungsvolle Nachtfunktion, in der du je nach Einsatzbereich selbstständig oder gemeinsam mit einer weiteren Fachperson arbeitest. Die Institution zeichnet sich durch ein spannendes Mischkonzept aus und bietet dir spannende Möglichkeiten deine Erfahrungen auszuweiten. 

Deine Aufgaben beim neuen Arbeitgeber:

  • Stelle während der Nacht eine professionelle Betreuung, Versorgung und Sicherheit der Bewohnenden sicher und gehe individuell auf ihre Bedürfnisse ein
  • Übernimm je nach Einsatzbereich selbstständig oder gemeinsam im Zweierteam Verantwortung und reagiere auch bei unerwarteten Situationen ruhig und fachgerecht
  • Sorge für einen verlässlichen Ablauf während der Nacht und arbeite bei Bedarf mit dem vorhandenen Pikett-Dienst zusammen

Du bietest deinem neuen Arbeitgeber:

  • Du verfügst über eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fachperson Gesundheit, Fachperson Betreuung, Pflegefachperson DN I/DN II oder Sozialpädagogin / Sozialpädagoge
  • Erfahrung in der Nachtwache ist von Vorteil und mit der elektronischen Pflegedokumentation bist du vertraut
  • Selbstständiges Arbeiten liegt dir und auch nachts überzeugst du mit Belastbarkeit, Teamfähigkeit und einem hohen Verantwortungsbewusstsein
