Rollenbeschreibung Als Werbetechniker:in / Gestalter:in sind Sie für die praktische und kreative Umsetzung von Werbeprojekten verantwortlich, von der Gestaltung bis zur Montage verschiedener Werbemittel (z. B. Schilder, Fahrzeugbeschriftungen, Folierungen, Displays). Zu Ihren täglichen Aufgaben gehören die Abstimmung mit Kund:innen, die Ausarbeitung von Layouts, die Vorbereitung von Druckdaten sowie der fachgerechte Einsatz von Materialien und Werkzeugen in der Werkstatt und vor Ort. Sie arbeiten eng mit dem Team zusammen, um Projekte termingerecht und qualitativ hochwertig zu realisieren. Diese Vollzeitstelle ist ein Präsenzjob und befindet sich vor Ort in Bad Zurzach.

Qualifikationen

Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit sowie kundenorientiertes Auftreten im direkten Kontakt mit Auftraggebenden. Fundierte Kenntnisse in Marketing und Gestaltung, idealerweise Erfahrung in Werbung, Signaletik oder visueller Kommunikation. Analytische Fähigkeiten und Grundkenntnisse in Datenanalyse, um Projektanforderungen zu verstehen und effiziente Lösungen zu entwickeln. Verkaufstalent und Sicherheit im Umgang mit Verkaufsargumenten, um Kund:innen kompetent zu beraten und Projekte zu begleiten. Ausbildung oder Erfahrung als Werbetechniker:in, Gestalter:in oder in einem verwandten handwerklich‑gestalterischen Beruf; sicherer Umgang mit Grafiksoftware und Freude an präziser, handwerklicher Arbeit.
