Als Verstärkung in unserem Team suchen wir per 1\. Januar 2027 oder nach Vereinbarung einen/eine

Werkmeister/in Unterhaltszentrum, Schwerpunkt Gebäudeunterhalt und Wäschereilogistik (m/w/d)

  • Sie leiten die eingewiesenen Personen in den Bereichen der internen Gebäudereinigung (Liegenschaftspflege) und der Wäscherei praxisnah an und fördern deren berufliche sowie persönliche Entwicklung
  • Gemeinsam mit Ihrem Team stellen Sie den werterhaltenden, sauberen Zustand der anstaltsinternen Gebäude sowie eine termingerechte und qualitativ einwandfreie Textilpflege sicher
  • Bei Abwesenheit des Hauswarts übernehmen Sie dessen Stellvertretung. Sie überwachen die haustechnischen Anlagen, führen kleinere Reparaturen sowie Unterhaltsarbeiten selbstständig aus und sichern die Betriebsbereitschaft der Infrastruktur
  • Sie nutzen die täglichen Arbeitsabläufe in der Hauswirtschaft als Lernfeld, um die Selbstständigkeit, Eigenverantwortung und Zuverlässigkeit der eingewiesenen Personen mit Blick auf deren Reintegration zu stärken
  • Sie planen und strukturieren die Arbeitsabläufe in der Reinigung und Wäscherei effizient
  • Sie verfügen über eine abgeschlossene handwerkliche, technische oder hauswirtschaftliche Ausbildung (EFZ)
  • Gutes technisches Wissen im Bereich Haustechnik und Gebäudeunterhalt sowie handwerkliches Geschick für Reparatur\- und Wartungsarbeiten
  • Sie haben ein hohes Mass an Sozialkompetenz, Durchsetzungsvermögen und Empathie
  • Sie begegnen Menschen auf Augenhöhe und bringen das nötige Fingerspitzengefühl für die Arbeit im Justizvollzug mit
  • Sie behalten auch in lebhaften Situationen den Überblick
  • Sie haben von Vorteil bereits mit Menschen in speziellen Lebenslagen gearbeitet
  • Sie sind eine teamfähige und engagierte Persönlichkeit mit einem hohen Dienstleistungsbewusstsein
  • Sie besitzen den Führerausweis Kat. B
  • Sie sind mindestens 30 Jahre alt
  • Eine spannende und herausfordernde Tätigkeiten in fortschrittlichem und vielseitigem Betrieb mit viel Selbständigkeit
  • Ein professionelles und motiviertes Team
