Die Voegtlin\- Entsorgung AG ist ein inhabergeführtes Familien\-KMU, welches mit seinen Tochterfirmen, Häfeli Recycling AG, Bausort AG und Entsorgung AG, zu den führenden Recycling\-Unternehmen im Kanton Aargau gehört.

Für unsere firmeneigene Werkstatt in Oberentfelden suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine/n:

Werkstattleiter/in \& Mitglied des Kaders 80\-100% --------------------------------------------------

Deine Aufgaben

  • Fachliche und organisatorische Führung unserer Werkstatt
  • Führung und Koordination eines Teams von drei Mechanikern
  • Planung und Organisation der anfallenden Werkstattarbeiten
  • Sicherstellung einer effizienten und termingerechten Auftragsabwicklung
  • Koordination von Reparaturen, Wartungen und Servicearbeiten
  • Unterstützung des Teams bei technischen und praktischen Arbeiten
  • Sicherstellung der Qualität sowie der Einhaltung von Sicherheits\- und Arbeitsvorschriften
  • Verantwortung für Ordnung und Organisation in der Werkstatt
  • Als Mitglied des Kaders bringst du dich aktiv in betriebliche Themen und Entscheidungen ein

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im mechanischen/technischen Bereich
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung als LKW\-Mechatroniker / Landmaschinenmechaniker in einer Werkstatt
  • Idealerweise Erfahrung in einer Führungs\- oder vergleichbaren verantwortungsvollen Funktion
  • Gute organisatorische Fähigkeiten und eine selbstständige Arbeitsweise
  • Technisches Verständnis und Freude an praktischen Arbeiten
  • Führungsstärke, Durchsetzungsvermögen und gleichzeitig einen kollegialen Umgang
  • Zuverlässige, lösungsorientierte und verantwortungsbewusste Persönlichkeit
  • Gute Deutschkentnisse in Wort und Schrift
