Werkstattleiter/in Nutzfahrzeuge \& Baumaschinen 100% (m/w/d) Technik führen statt nur verwalten Wir sind ein spezialisierter Personaldienstleister, welcher seit 2008 massgeschneiderte Mitarbeiter/innen für unsere Kunden aus der ganzen Nordwestschweiz rekrutiert. Für unseren Kunden, ein etabliertes Unternehmen mit eigener Werkstatt für Nutzfahrzeuge, Bau\- und Spezialmaschinen, suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine erfahrene und bodenständige Persönlichkeit als: Werkstattleiter/in Nutzfahrzeuge \& Baumaschinen 100% (m/w/d) Tätigkeiten: Du übernimmst die Verantwortung für den täglichen Werkstattbetrieb und führst ein kleines Team Anstehende Reparaturen, Wartungen und Servicearbeiten werden von dir geplant, priorisiert und koordiniert Du sorgst dafür, dass Mitarbeiter, Material und Ersatzteile zur richtigen Zeit verfügbar sind Bei anspruchsvollen Reparaturen oder Engpässen packst du selbst mit an und unterstützt dein Team mit deinem technischen Know\-how Du begleitest Arbeiten an mechanischen, hydraulischen und elektrotechnischen Komponenten Werkstattaufträge werden von dir erfasst, kontrolliert und bis zur Verrechnung administrativ begleitet Du kalkulierst und erstellst Offerten und kümmerst dich um eine saubere Rechnungsstellung Ersatzteile sowie Verbrauchs\- und Betriebsmaterial werden durch dich organisiert und beschafft Du behältst Qualität, Termine und effiziente Abläufe im Blick und entwickelst den Werkstattbetrieb gemeinsam mit dem Team weiter Anforderungen: Ausbildung als Baumaschinenmechaniker/in, Landmaschinenmechaniker/in, Lastwagenmechaniker/in oder vergleichbarer technischer Hintergrund Mehrjährige praktische Erfahrung mit Nutzfahrzeugen, Baumaschinen oder ähnlichen Maschinen Führungserfahrung ist willkommen.
