Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams in \\Lengnau\\\\BE\\ suchen wir dich per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung als: \\Werkstattmanager 100% (w/m)\\ Als Werkstattmanager \\steuerst\\ du alle wichtigen \\Abläufe\\ in einer Werkstatt zur Entlastung des Werkstattleiters und der Mechaniker. Du bist der \\Koordinator\\ zwischen den \\Kunden, Produkten und der Werkstatt\\ und bietest Unterstützung in sämtlichen \\administrativen\\ Belangen. Was du bei uns bewegen kannst \* Management der \\Frühwarnsysteme\\ (Expert Alerts von John Deere) \* Verantwortlich für die Koordination von Dienstleistungen und \\Wartungsverträgen\\ \* Erfassung und Abwicklung von \\Serviceaufträgen\\ inkl. Fakturierung \* Erfassung von Neufahrzeug\\-Bereitstellungen \* \\Einbuchen und Abrechnen\\ von externen \\Reparatur\\- und Wartungseinsätzen\\ \* Fakturierung sämtlicher Werkstattarbeiten (interne /externe Verrechnung) \* Planung und Bereitstellung von \\Ersatzmaterial\\ sowie dessen Rückbuchung \* Erfassen und Koordination der \\Garantiefälle\\ und des gesamten Garantielagers sowie Rücksendungen \* Koordination der gesamten \\Zeitwirtschaft\\ \* Verantwortlich für die \\Systempflege\\ von Kunden\\- und Maschinendaten \* Verantwortlich für Übergabe und Garantie Formalitäten Was du für deine Aufgabe mitbringst \* Kaufmännische oder technische Grundausbildung, von Vorteil im Umfeld der Motorgeräte und/oder Landmaschinenbranche \* Gute betriebswirtschaftliche Kenntnisse \* Selbständige, zuverlässige und exakte Arbeitsweise \* Erfahrung im Verkauf/Handel \* Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit \* Sehr gute EDV\\-Anwenderkenntnisse und hohe Gewandtheit in der Anwendung von Microsoft Produkten (Microsoft Dynamics 365\\) \* Deutsch als Muttersprache, gute bis sehr gute Französischkenntnisse, Englisch von Vorteil \* Führerausweis Kat.
