Das kannst du bewirken

  • Du analysierst auffällige oder komplexe Kundensituationen, prüfst Risiken im Zusammenhang mit Geldwäscherei, Sanktionen oder anderen regulatorischen Themen, klärst telefonisch offene Punkte mit Kund:innen, holst fehlende Informationen ein und stellst die Einhaltung aller gesetzlichen und internen Vorgaben sicher
  • Du überprüfst Geschäftsbeziehungen und Transaktionen, die aufgrund ihrer Struktur, der Herkunft der Vermögenswerte oder des Kundenprofils risikobehaftet sind, und dokumentierst deine Einschätzungen nachvollziehbar und präzise in Berichten für interne Entscheide und regulatorische Nachweise
  • Du stellst die Einhaltung gesetzlicher Vorschriften und interner Richtlinien sicher, überprüfst steuerrelevante Anforderungen wie AIA und FATCA und kontrollierst, ob Kundendokumentationen vollständig und korrekt geführt sind
  • Du bist zentrale Ansprechperson für Kund:innen, Kundenberater:innen und interne Fachstellen bei Fragen zu Compliance, regulatorischen Anforderungen und risikobehafteten Sachverhalten und vermittelst komplexe Themen verständlich und lösungsorientiert
  • Du hältst dich über neue regulatorische Entwicklungen, Geldwäscherei-Trends und Compliance-Anforderungen auf dem Laufenden, bringst dein Wissen aktiv ins Team ein, unterstützt Kolleg:innen bei Fachfragen und trägst zur kontinuierlichen Weiterentwicklung von Prozessen und Standards bei

Das bringst du mit

  • Abgeschlossene Bank- oder Versicherungslehre sowie laufendes Bachelorstudium in Betriebswirtschaft oder Rechtswissenschaft
  • Berufserfahrung in der Finanzdienstleistungsbranche oder im Compliance-Umfeld
  • Fähigkeit zur parallelen Steuerung mehrerer Aufgaben und zur gezielten Priorisierung unterschiedlicher Arbeitsbelastungen
  • Ausgeprägtes analytisches Denkvermögen und hohe Problemlösungskompetenz
  • Selbständige, strukturierte und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
