Zur Unterstützung unseres CRM\-Teams suchen wir für 12 Monate eine:n engagiert:e Werkstudent:in mit Fokus auf unser Vorteilsprogramm Dosenbach Plus (D\+).

Du wirkst aktiv bei der Koordination, Umsetzung und Analyse von CRM\-Kampagnen mit und trägst dazu bei, unsere Kund:innen mit relevanten und personalisierten Inhalten anzusprechen und langfristig für Dosenbach zu begeistern.

Dein Aufgabengebiet:

  • Du unterstützt den CRM\-Manager im Tagesgeschäft, übernimmst administrative und operative Aufgaben und bringst dich in bereichsübergreifende Projekte rund um D\+ ein
  • Du begleitest neue D\+ Prozesse von der Testphase bis zum erfolgreichen Rollout in den Filialen und im Onlineshop
  • Du setzt E\-Mail\-Automation\-Kampagnen nach definierten Vorgaben um, wertest relevante Kennzahlen aus und nimmst Anpassungen zur laufenden Optimierung vor
  • Du arbeitest du eng mit den Fachbereichen Marketing, E\-Commerce, Verkauf und weiteren Schnittstellen zusammen

Unsere Anforderungen:

  • Du absolvierst aktuell ein Bachelor\- oder Masterstudium, hast dieses bereits abgeschlossen oder verfügst über eine vergleichbare Ausbildung
  • Du hast idealerweise erste Berufserfahrung im Retail\-Umfeld und interessierst dich für kundenorientierte Marketingmassnahmen, personalisierte Kundenansprache und den Aufbau langfristiger Kundenbeziehungen
  • Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutsch\- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Du denkst analytisch und vernetzt und arbeitest strukturiert, selbständig und genau
  • Du arbeitest gerne im Team, packst mit an, lernst schnell und kommunizierst offen und klar
