DEINE AUFGABENBEREICHE

  • Du bist zentrale:r Ansprechpartner:in für die HR-Abteilungen und das Management der Division Service in allen Fragen rund um das HR Controlling
  • Du erstellst das monatliche HR-Reporting für die Schweizer Service-Einheit und bereitest die Zahlen empfängergerecht auf
  • Du reviewst monatlich die HR-KPI der Division Service, spürst Abweichungen auf und gehst ihnen gemeinsam mit den Einheiten auf den Grund
  • Du betreust unser HR-Dashboard in Power BI und entwickelst es gemeinsam mit unserem BI-Team weiter
  • Du sicherst die Datenqualität unserer HR-KPI ab

DEINE BERUFLICHEN ERFAHRUNGEN

  • Du bist immatrikuliert in einem fortgeschrittenen Bachelor- oder einem Masterstudium in BWL, Finanzen, Data Science oder einer vergleichbaren Richtung
  • Zahlen sind deine Welt: sehr gute Excel-Kenntnisse setzen wir voraus, erste Erfahrung mit Power BI ist ein klarer Pluspunkt - generell bist du IT-affin und arbeitest dich schnell in neue Tools ein
  • Du arbeitest strukturiert, exakt und selbstständig - und bleibst auch dann dran, wenn eine Zahl nicht auf Anhieb aufgeht
  • Du kommunizierst offen und verbindlich und gehst mit sensiblen Personaldaten absolut diskret um
  • Deutsch und Englisch beherrschst du fliessend in Wort und Schrift - in unserem konzernweiten Umfeld brauchst du beides
  • Du kannst über 12 Monate mit 40-60 % bei uns einsteigen - die Einteilung stimmen wir auf deine Kurse ab
