Deine Aufgaben ###

  • Unterstützung im administrativen Tagesgeschäft:
  • Bearbeitung von Korrespondenzen
  • Datenpflege im ERP
  • Mitarbeit im Order Management:
  • Erfassung und Bearbeitung von Kundenaufträgen in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (ERP)
  • Nachverfolgung und Überwachung des Auftragsstatus
  • Kommunikation mit Kunden zur Klärung von Auftragsdetails und Lieferterminen
  • Abstimmung und Unterstützung mit dem Sales-Team*:*
  • Unterstützung bei der Planung und Durchführung von Verkaufsaktionen
  • Koordination und Abstimmung mit internen Abteilungen zur Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Ablaufs

Dein Profil ###

  • Du bist immatrikulierte:r Student:in der Betriebswirtschaft, Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder eines vergleichbaren Studiengangs
  • Du arbeitest strukturiert, eigenständig und sorgfältig
  • Erste Erfahrungen in der Administration oder im Vertriebsumfeld sind von Vorteil
  • Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, weitere Sprachkenntnisse sind ein Plus
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, insbesondere Excel
  • Idealerweise erste Berührungspunkte mit Microsoft Dynamics 365 (ERP)
