Deine Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten - Du entwickelst und konstruierst Formatteile mit 3D-CAD SolidWorks für unsere hochmodernen Maschinen zur Herstellung von Tuben im Formpressverfahren - Auf Basis von Kundenzeichnungen, Spezifikationen oder bestehenden Produkten wie Tuben und Kappen leitest du die erforderlichen Konstruktionsdaten ab und erstellst daraus fertigungsgerechte Produktzeichnungen - Von der Konstruktion bis zur Produktionsfreigabe verantwortest du die technische Dokumentation. Dazu gehören die Erstellung detaillierter Fertigungsunterlagen sowie die Übergabe aller relevanten Informationen an die Planungsabteilung über PLM und SAP - Als wichtige Schnittstelle zwischen Entwicklung, Produktion und Planung stellst du sicher, dass neue Formatteile effizient umgesetzt und bestehende Lösungen kontinuierlich optimiert werden - Mit deinem technischen Know-how treibst du die Weiterentwicklung unserer Formatteile voran und leistest einen wesentlichen Beitrag dazu, unseren Kunden innovative und wirtschaftliche Lösungen anzubieten

Dein Profil - Für diese anspruchsvolle Aufgabe verfügst du über eine technische Grundausbildung mit einer Weiterbildung auf Stufe HF, idealerweise in Werkzeugtechnik, Maschinenbau oder einem vergleichbaren Fachgebiet - Mehrjährige Praxiserfahrung im Werkzeugbau, Formenbau oder in der konstruktiven Produktentwicklung ermöglicht es dir, technische Anforderungen zielgerichtet in durchdachte Lösungen umzusetzen - Der sichere Umgang mit CAD- und PLM-Systemen gehört zu deinem Arbeitsalltag; Erfahrung mit SolidWorks ist dabei von Vorteil - Eine strukturierte und präzise Arbeitsweise sowie ein ausgeprägtes technisches Verständnis zeichnen dich aus - Du bist verhandlungssicher in Deutsch und verfügst über gute Englischkenntnisse, die du insbesondere im Austausch mit unseren internationalen Kollegen einsetzt
