Wir suchen per sofort für unseren Kunden in der Region Liestal qualifizierte Verstärkung:

Ihr Verantwortungsbereich: • Sie übernehmen die Wartung, Reparatur und Instandsetzung von Stanz-, Umform- und Spritzgusswerkzeugen. • Sie fertigen einzelne Werkzeugkomponenten und Baugruppen mittels konventioneller Bearbeitungsverfahren wie Drehen, Fräsen und Schleifen. • Sie führen technische Anpassungen und Optimierungen an bestehenden Werkzeugen durch. • Sie nehmen Werkzeuge in der Produktion in Betrieb, prüfen deren Funktion und erstellen die erforderlichen Dokumentationen. • Sie analysieren Störungen, ermitteln deren Ursachen und sorgen für eine nachhaltige Behebung. • Sie stellen die Verfügbarkeit von Ersatzteilen sicher und verwalten das Werkzeug- und Ersatzteillager.

Was Sie mitbringen: • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Werkzeugmacher, Werkzeugmechaniker oder Polymechaniker. • Praktische Erfahrung im Werkzeugbau, insbesondere in der Herstellung, Montage sowie Instandhaltung von Stanz- und Umformwerkzeugen. • Kenntnisse im Bereich Spritzgusswerkzeuge sind von Vorteil. • Gutes Verständnis technischer Zeichnungen und Fertigungsunterlagen. • Präzise, sorgfältige und qualitätsorientierte Arbeitsweise. • Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Zuverlässigkeit sowie Freude an der Zusammenarbeit im Team. • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift. • Bereitschaft zur Arbeit im Schichtbetrieb sowie für Piketteinsätze.
