Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung einen erfahrenen und engagierten: 

Senior Werkzeugmacher / Werkzeugbauer (m/w/d) – leitende Funktion

Verantwortlichkeiten

Herstellung, Wartung, Reparatur und Optimierung von anspruchsvollen Spritzgusswerkzeugen Selbstständige Analyse und Behebung von Werkzeugproblemen Fräs-, Schleif-, Dreh- sowie gegebenenfalls Erodierarbeiten Unterstützung und Mithilfe bei der Konstruktion sowie Umsetzung von CAD/CAM-Lösungen Programmierung und Bedienung von CNC-Maschinen Fachliche Unterstützung und Koordination innerhalb des Werkzeugbaus Sicherstellung der Qualitätsanforderungen sowie Dokumentation der ausgeführten Arbeiten Aktive Mitwirkung bei Prozessverbesserungen und technischen Weiterentwicklungen

Qualifikationen

Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Werkzeugmacher, Polymechaniker, oder vergleichbare technische Ausbildung Berufserfahrung im Werkzeug- und Formenbau Fundierte Kenntnisse in den Bereichen Fräsen, Schleifen, Drehen sowie idealerweise Erodieren Erfahrung im Bereich Spritzgusswerkzeuge von Vorteil Gute CAD/CAM-Kenntnisse Erfahrung mit Mastercam und/oder VISI von Vorteil Selbstständige, präzise und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise Hohes Qualitäts- und Sicherheitsbewusstsein Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift Teamfähigkeit, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Führungskompetenz
