Für unseren Kunden aus der Gesundheitsbranche suchen wir einen IT\-Rollouter (m/w). Du kennst Dich mit Arbeitsplatzsystemen sowie Peripheriegeräten aus und konntest bereits IT\-Rollouts begleiten? Dann nutze diese Chance und bewirb Dich noch heute!

Was Dich erwartet:

  • Unterstützen der User beim Wechsel von Windows 10 auf Windows 11
  • Bearbeiten von Anfragen im 1st\-Level\-Support (z. B. fehlende Drucker, Netzlaufwerke, VPN\-Verbindungen, Outlook\-Konfiguration)
  • Weiterleiten und Koordinieren komplexer Anliegen an den 2nd\-Level\-Support

Was Du mitbringen solltest:

  • Abgeschlossenes oder laufendes Studium (FH,HF,Uni) im Bereich Informatik
  • Erste praktische Erfahrungen im IT\-Support (1st \& 2nd Level) von Vorteil
  • Gute Kenntnisse in Windows 11 und Microsoft Office
  • Grundverständnis moderner IT\-Infrastrukturen
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
