placeB macht Lagern einfach, flexibel und digital. An über 60 Standorten in der ganzen Schweiz bieten wir Privatpersonen und Unternehmen Lagerflächen von 1 m³ bis über 50 m³. Von der Standortwahl über die Buchung bis zum Öffnen der Box läuft bei uns alles digital über die placeB App.

Damit an unseren Standorten auch vor Ort alles funktioniert, technisch in Ordnung ist und sauber bleibt, suchen wir Verstärkung für unser Technik\-Team. Wir wachsen weiter und entwickeln placeB laufend weiter. Vielleicht schon bald gemeinsam mit dir?

Deine Aufgaben --------------

* Selbständige Betreuung und Kontrolle unserer Standorte schweizweit

* Technische Störungen erkennen, priorisieren und lösen

* Reinigung und allgemeiner Unterhalt der Standorte

* 2nd Level Support: Kleinere Reparaturen und handwerkliche Arbeiten ausführen

* Entscheiden, wann externe Fachpersonen nötig sind

* Handwerker und Dienstleister koordinieren und Pendenzen bis zum Abschluss nachverfolgen

* Routen und Standortbesuche selbständig planen

* Unterstützung bei Neueröffnungen, Umbauten und technischen Projekten

Das bringst du mit ------------------

* Ausbildung in Hauswartung, Facility Management oder einem vergleichbaren technischen/handwerklichen Bereich

* Idealerweise Hauswart:in mit eidg. Fachausweis

* Erfahrung im Facility Management, in der technischen Hauswartung oder Standortbetreuung

* Sehr gutes technisches und handwerkliches Verständnis für Türen, Schlösser, Elektroanlagen und Netzwerkinfrastruktur

* Hohe Eigeninitiative, gute Selbstorganisation und ausgeprägte Triage\-Fähigkeit

* Führerausweis Kat. B

* Sehr gutes Deutsch, ösisch von grossem Vorteil, Englisch von Vorteil

Du wartest nicht auf Anweisungen, sondern erkennst selbst, was zu tun ist. Du kannst einschätzen, was dringend ist, was du selbst lösen kannst und wann ein Spezialist nötig ist.

Du packst selbst an, übernimmst Verantwortung und bleibst an einem Thema dran, bis es wirklich erledigt ist.

Viel unterwegs zu sein gehört dazu -----------------------------------

Die ist keine klassische Bürorolle. Du bist regelmässig und viel mit dem Auto in der ganzen Schweiz unterwegs.

Unser Büro ist in Zürich, dein Wohnort muss aber nicht dort sein. Für deine Einsätze stellen wir dir ein Firmenfahrzeug zur Verfügung.

Du bist Teil unseres Technik\-Teams und arbeitest eng mit dem Technikleiter zusammen. Dein Tagesgeschäft und deine Einsätze organisierst du weitgehend selbständig.
