Wir bieten eine Lehrstelle für die 3 jährige FaBe Ausbildung oder für die verkürzte Ausbildung 2 J. oder für Studium HF Kindheitspädagogik. Männliche Bewerber sind ebenfalls willkommen! Wer sind wir Unsere Kinderkrippe STEP-BY-STEP und unsere Waldgruppe bieten 33 Plätze für Kinder ab 3 Monaten bis zum Kindergarteneintritt einen abwechslungsreichen wohl fühl Ort an. Die Waldgruppe ist für Kinder ab 2 ½ Jahren. Der Wald befindet sich in Au-Wädenswil. Die Kinder erhalten die Möglichkeit nach ihrem Tempo sich entwickeln und entfalten zu können. Zugleich lernen die Kinder im Alltag und spielerisch die englische wie auch die schweizerdeutsche Sprache. Unser Erziehungsstil ist partnerschaftlich und in erster Linie ein Förderungsstil. Unsere Grundphilosophie entspricht dem Prinzip Remo Largo (Kinderarzt und Fachbuchautor). Er schreibt unter Anderem: -Das Kind ist einzigartig, ein lernendes Wesen, es sollte im Mittelpunkt stehen, es hat den Drang zur Selbständigkeit, es will ständig lernen...
